I have a lot of Pokemon, but they're mostly low leveled. They're in the 50s and 60s in levels. So, what is the best place to raise their levels and stats at?

I suggest you to Challenging black tower floor 5 over and over with exp share or Lucky egg (only challenge the rich looking trainers if possible and minimum normal trainers to find the gate keeper, that way you can get alot of money while at it, also use amulet coin) then when its in the 60s to 70s if you already have 1 lvl 100 go to floor 10 and clear that, if you also have avenue with quite a few stores that have pay to leel up, buy the rest of the levels from around 85-99 ( I stop at 99 and get the last level myself) with money you get from black tower, can easily get 1 from level 1 to 100 easily in a day, possibly more to lvl 100, depends on how long you play every day

Have your low level Pokemon hold a lucky egg in area 10 (make sure you have a high level Pokemon with you, then have that low Pokemon first in your party thrown out against the high leveled Pokemon you're vs'ing. Switch to your high level Pokemon and watch the magic. Make sure it's on challenge mood too.

I get over 20,000+ ex in my black 2 by having the White forest key :). I just annihilate blissey's. The most I ever got is when my lvl 1 bulbasaur defeated a level 82 Blissey with trade boost and lucky egg boost? I got 100,000 exp!

I just had my cottonee use endeavor while it had a focus sash, let it defeat my cottonee, switch to my lvl 1 focus sash Ralts, used trick room, let it faint and got my bulbasaur to defeat the Blissey. He got 46 level ups!

If you don't care about ev's or iv's, then Audino training is a viable option.

Nintendo announced that Audino's actually give more exp then other Pokemon. They give the most exp out of any wild Pokemon, and are easy to defeat. In certain routes, you can face lv 50 audinos, and holding a lucky egg when defeating them gives a LOT of exp. You can get a lv 1 Pokemon and get it to at least lv 80 in just a short while.

However, if you don't want your Pokemon to get jacked up on hp and nothing else, don't do it.
