Is this a glitch or did it actually happen?

Question

I went into dragonspiral tower for ev training and amazingly the first Pokemon I encountered was a lvl 57 shiny Golurk!!! Was this maybe a glitch or my really good luck?

Well, if this was in Black 2 or White 2, it was luck. The Pokemon are supposed to be at that level and you just got lucky. If it was Black or White, it is a glitch. The Pokemon in Black and
White arent supposed to be that high up.

I see on the tags as it is for BW2, this is no glitch,you just got lucky. It has a normal level, and its a Pokemon you'd usually find at that location.
