What are the ribbons introduced to Pokemon White?

I heard that gen. 5 has ribbons. How do you get these ribbons? I thought the Pokemon Musical didn't have ribbons. Please help me out! Thank you! :)

Unfortunately ribbons aren't obtainable ingame now. You are able to trade Pokemon with ribbons from other version and they are kept.
Additionally the new ribbons introduced in GenV are evet-only ribbons so if you did not get on in time for the event you will be unable to get those ribbons.

Ribbons are unobtainable in-game in all of Generation V. However, Pokemon that have been obtained through a Nintendo Event sometimes have a ribbon. Though apart from that there is no way you can get ribbons in Gen V.

However, if you migrate a Pokemon from Gen IV, with ribbons, they will be viewable on the Gen V summary screen.
