Have all the Pokewalker events been and gone?

Question

I know I missed the Yellow Forest one but I got some of the others. I just noticed I don't have the Rally route, has that been and gone? Is there a chance it will be coming in the future? (I want to get Sableye but waiting for a Swarm will take a while I think.)

Winner's Path - gone
