Can I Use Hacked Pokemon In A "Downloaded" Battle? *ex: Playing with a friend with another ds irl?

I have used pokEdit, as seeing I cant wifi battle with them considering they are hacked, which I can understand. Although, I want to find out if I can "doanload-play" with my friend with another ds, will this work, or no.

Yes, you can, you just can't do it globally.
