What are some easy to obtain Pokemon that inflict status in soul silver?

I need a Pokemon that can either use paralysis or inflict sleep soon after you catch it; or right away would be nice. I can go anywhere because I have all the badges now. ~ Taffy

Well, there a few Pokemon that meet with the requirements of your request and can be caught even before you have all the badges:

Belsprout»»»»»Weepinbell»»»»»»Victreebell

Belsprout can learn Sleep Powder at lv.13 and Stun Spore at lv.17
Can be caught at the routes: 5, 6, 24, 25, 31, 32, 44

Venonat»»»»»»Venomoth

Venonat can learn Stun Spore at lv.23 and Sleep Powder at lv.29
Can be caught at the routes: 24, 25, 43, 43(Headbutt)

Oddish»»»»»Gloom»»»»»Vileplume

Gloom can learn Sleep Powder at lv.13 and Stun Spore at lv.17
Can be caught at the routes: 5, 47, 48

These Pokemon can all be caught very early in-game and learn the 2 requirements :)

hoppip :D you can find him in route 13 lvl 22 to 24 it already learned sleep powder stun powder and poison powder so you'll need some heart scales or just 1 or just make and egg this Pokemon learn the all the powder move before level 20!
