Is Pokecreator hacking?

You see, my full team is from pokecreator and I don't know if its hacking or not.

It is often seen has a form of dishonestly obtaining Pokemon or ingame objects or even giving Pokemon illegal sets so it is considered hacking. However the definition of hacking is thrown around a bit, so technically it isn't actually hacking, more like modifying.

I'm going to get you the definition of hacking but my internet is slow so I'll do it later. If anyone else wants to in the comments thats their choice.

Since you get it from an external device, it technically is hacking, but I think there is a feature where you can trick the game thinking the Pokemon is real
