Are there english versions of pokemon black in Hong Kong?

I live in Hong Kong but my friend says pokemon black and white are japenese, can somebody else in hong kong help?

Everything you need to know about getting both versions of the game. The Japanese version is simple enough to get, but the English version requires a little work on your part. However, it is significantly cheaper, if you get it like this.
