Where can I find Scyther in SS?

I want one really bad and if I have to trade it with an item to evolve it please leave it on your answer too please.

Scyther can be found at the National Park during Bug-Catching Contests. Pre-National- Dex, there is a 5% chance to find one at level 13-14. Post-National Dex there is still a 5% chance to find one but it's levels when found will be increased to 27-28.
The evolution of Scyther, Scizor, is gotten by trading a Scyther holding a Metal Coat.

I dont care about the level its just that I really want it for my Pokédex. But I guess ill have to forget about it since I dont have another DS to trade it to and because the file for trading in soulsilver corrupted who knows when. But thanks anyways. :^)

You can find it at the National Park during bug catching contests. You need to trade it with a metal coat in order to make it evolve into a Scizor.
