I have a total mancrush on Meducham and I love running Bandicham in RU, Banded Hi Jump Kick wrecks peoples faces, but I run band in RU because he's fast enough to not need the arf, but in monotype i'm not so sure. Does he nee Scarf in monotype?
No it doesnt need it. Its a great Pokemon with Scarf but if you want to run Band go ahead. You can actually trick people into thinking its scarfed and cause them to switch into a Banded hit.
