Can the bottom screen display your party in X & Y?

I would like to ask if anybody knows if there's a way to set the view on the bottom screen to constantly show the party members. I've always much, much, much much preferred to be able to see my team down on the bottom screen. I tried looking around to figure this out but....??

You can choose between displaying the Player Search System (PSS), Pokemon-Amie, or Super Training on the bottom screen.
