Where are all the clothing shops in X/Y?

What towns (or routes) have clothing shops in X/Y? Just put a list of them. :D

Santalune City, Lumiose City, Cyllage City, Laverre City, Anistar City, and Snowbelle City. I don't know if there's a Boutique at the Pokemon League so I'll inform you about that as soon as I can.

There is none in the Pokemon League. Just your old fashion Pokemon Center.

Probably isn't the best place to ask, but how do you get famous in Lumiose? I've beat the elite 4, but the clothes shop nor the restaurant let me in.
