You can get honey by Trevor where he tells you about horde battels.You can also catch a Combee or get it in the Pokemon Amie by messing around in it.

You can get honey by playing around in Pokemon amie or you can catch a combee.
You can also get honey at Route 4, Route 5, Route 12, Route 18, and Pokemon Village. You can get a lot of honey on routes 4, 12 and 5.
