How can I get dream world abilities without the friend safari in X/Y?

None of my friends own a 3ds, and so far, all I've heard is you can only get dream world abilities in the friend safari. Someone told me that there is a dream world in X/Y, but I checked global link and there isn't one. so, it would be nice to know if there is another way.

Well, Pokemon encountered by horde attacks have a good chance of having their dream world ability.

As far as I know, the Friend Safari replaces the Dream World. You either have to get lucky with Horde encounters, which sometimes contain Pokemon who have their hidden abilities (good luck figuring out which it is, if any...) or the Friend Safari.
