Does the Friend Safari really have Pokemon with hidden abilities?

I caught a Phantump with Frisk, and in the wild I came across a Frisking Phantump, but I thought they had hidden abilities.

Yes but it is just a chance to catch them with a DW Ability. To increase your chances catch the Pokemon in the safari while said friend is online. For example in my friends, I caught a Magician Braxien and Justified Growlithe, but when he was offline all I could find were Blaze Braxien and Flash Fire/Intimidate Growlithe.

so as long as a friend of yours is online, all pokemon you find in the friend safari have DW abilities?
