Pokemon glitching at the start of battle?

Umm... Whenever I go into battle, right after the Pokemon gets sent out, it sort of jumps. This only happens with my Tyrantrum and my Sylveon... What's going on?

Do they have high affection in Pokemon Amie? I know your Sylveon at least will. This is one of the effects of getting high affection, however.

Look at this if you are still unsure.

Oh, I see. I've been spending a lot of time with Tyrantrum in Pokemon Amie, so that explains it.
