i really want a ninetails to put into my team, I already have a moveset for it and the ability drought would go well with it, could anybody help me with where to go?
Until Pokebank is released you'd need to exchange FCs with someone who has a Fire type Friend Safari. After Pokebank is open for usage you should be able to set up a trade with someone who can breed Hidden Ability Vulpix's and trade it over to your Y.
