How to find a Rapidash in Pokemon X and Y?

If I don't use the GTS, how do I get a Rapidash? In Pokemon X and Y?

You must evolve a Ponyta to get it, or use the PokeTransfer, which is released on December 27 for most countries.

To get a Ponyta, you must find someone with a Fire type Friend Safari that has Ponyta in it. Once you have your Ponyta, evolve it into Rapidash, which you can do by getting it to level 40.

Singapore definitely has access to the Friend Safari, though I do not believe that Nintendo have announced any dates for Pokemon Bank/Transfer for it if any.
