Why is my slyveon shaking?

I started training my eevee and around the time it loved me enough to evolve into a slyveon it started to shake after I sent it out at first I thought it was beacause it was ready to evolve but then after it evolved into a slyveon it kept doing that, what does it mean? Is it just cuz it loves me or what?

Supposedly, if you have about 2 or 3 hearts in Pokemon Amie your Pokemon will begin to shudder. After getting about 4 or 5 Sylveon will start to peak back at you. Its just a little something Game Freak threw in to keep the game play and the Pokemon Amie stuff linked.
