Ev training help plz?

Question

I am training a lvl 4 growlithe on hp, but from one battle from frillish jumps it up 6 lvl, so does that mean it gains a +6 each lvl or just +6 per battle? ( Pokemon bw)

Like when u breed a pokemon and is on lvl 1, right so when u train the pokemon thru experince share against a Pokemon that's of higher lvl and beat it. U gai.alot of experince, my question is when i ev train if the pokemon that i am ev training when it lvl up several lvls at once from one battle will that still only set up to just the 5-6 ev points or more cause of the rapid lvling?

No, unfortunately you will only get +1 Sp. Def per battle.
