How can I lvl up my Xatu fast?

I want to learn how can level up my Xatu (lvl 33) fast. I play soul silver.

Battling gym leaders and the elite 4 and use exp shares, then leave xatu battle the elite4/gym leaders itself when its strong enough!!!
