If I Pokedit a Pokemon into Black or White, will PokeBank consider it as "hacked"?

Question

So say I Pokedit a Max IV Shiny Eevee with a legal move set, will it let me put into PokeBank and transfer it to Pokemon X or Y? Note: This is only for competitive usage.

if it's legal then it should let you transfer. I use pokedit a ton of times for online use. Make sure the Stats are legal or it will not let you transfer
