I will be in Thailand when PokeBank comes out - can I get PB in Thailand?

I have holiday the 27th Dec so if i´m in Thailand can I get PB?

Providing you have connection to the internet then yes.

Pokémon bank comes out in Thailand on the 27th December 2013 and is available via the Nintendo eShop.

Pokémon bank actually has a free trail period when it comes out if you download and open it by the 31st of January 2014 meaning you will be able to obtain a pass that will allow you to use the software for no charge for 30 days.
