Togekiss @ Leftovers / Lax Incense (Razor Claw if Super Luck)
Trait: Serene Grace / Super Luck
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
-Dazzling Gleam

In Gen VI, with Critical Hits up 2 stages, there's a 50% chance of a crit. ( dealing 1.5 times the original damage), and you guys know what Serene Grace is. I don't know which Trait to choose.

Both abilities are great.

Super Luck + Razor Claw + Air Cutter (not slash) guarantees a Crit, reaching Stage 3. Crits explained here and here.

Meanwhile, Serene Grace makes Air Slash's flinch rate 60% and also has leftover recovery going for you.

Personally, I would recommend Super Luck due to the guarantee of a Crit with Air Cutter.

...however, you don't have Air Cutter. Instead, you can pull off ParaFlinch (giving a whopping 80% to prevent the opponent from attacking), or just Air Slash flinch-hax in general. Give it some EVs and a Nature boost and speed and you have yourself an unstoppable beast one everything is all set up.

You should probably mention the new crit mechanics. Stage 4 is gone, highest is 3

I agree with Scraf, both abilities are great.

However, with that set, I'd go for Serene Grace.

Serene Grace lets you pull off one of the most annoying combos ever, Paraflinch. If you mess around with the EVs/Nature (perhaps Timid) a bit to give it more speed, it can be one of the most annoying Pokemon out there. Granted, this is just my opinion (and the fact that I like disagreeing), so you can use either.
