I have bred and raised two Togekiss with Serene Grace Ability (Boosts added effects) and Super Luck (Increases Critical Hit ratio) in Pokemon Black
Please suggest, which one would be better for competitive battling.

Super Luck is very occasional, whilst Serena Grace make Togekiss one of the most annoying Pokemon to face. This is due to it being one of the few Pokemon that can utilise the para flinch combo. Whilst either using Thunder Wave or Body Slam (which get a 60% chance to paralyse with Serena Grace) and Air Slash (also a 60% flinch rate it can be a serious pain in the bum to even land a hit on it. My preferred moveset would be:

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 80 HP / 80 Def / 252 SAtk / 16 SDef / 80 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave/ Body Slam
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Aura Sphere

Thank you for answering my query. Though, My doubt still persists.

Since, Body Slam is only a 3G Pre-evolution move, and I'm sorry to mention, but I was talking about Black. And Thunder Wave wouldn't cause any damage to my opponent, Togekiss has a very high Sp. Attack which can't be ignored, and Aura Sphere, though is a priority move, is a physical move, and it won't do much damage, because Togekiss has a very low Phy. Attack
With only one attacking move, I don't think this moveset would be much helpful in competitive battling. But, it's a very good for my game otherwise!
Aura  Sphere is neither a physical move nor priority, it's special and have infinite accuracy to take advantage over its Sp Atk.
I didn't know Body Slam was a pre-evo move, but fear not, for even if Thunder Wave doesn't inflict damage, the Paralysis chance+the flinch from Air Slash is often well worth the setup.
I just checked Aura Sphere was Sp. Attack, sorry for wrong information.
But, still your move set in most chance elude type coverage.
My Togekiss' knows Extrasensory which is one of the most efficient Psychic move with 80P and 30PP, which has been increased to 48 by using 3 PP Ups. EVERLASTING POKEMON :D
This is a moveset where not a lot coverage is needed, because most likely you will be spamming air slash on a paralyzed foe.

serene grace moveset:
item razer claw
nature modest

aicient power: may raise all stats
flamethrower/ shadow ball: burn! or lower sp defense
zen headbut: flinch
roost/ air slash: heal or STAB up to you

super luck moveset:
have it holda razor claw or an item that raises chance of criticals.
i dont think there are any high critical ratio moves it can know
so I would go with serene grace!

i hope this helped

I prefer Super Luck.

Critical hits are a good thing when it comes to in-game and competitive.
Of course, with Serene Grace it would really depend on your Togekiss' moveset.
Depending on it's added effects, it really does depend.

But if it were me, I'd do Super Luck.
Hope I helped. :)
