A question about breeding?

Let's just say I have a beautifly with rivalry and a dustox with compoundeyes. If I breed them I know that the baby wurmple will have its hidden ability (run away) but will the wurmples evolutions have their hidden abilities too? If this seems confusing to you then comment and I will edit this so the question is "easier to read".

No.

Both Silcoon and Cascoon do not have a Hidden Ability as they only have one Ability.

Therefore when you evolve your Wurmple with Run Away it will evolve into a Silcoon/ Cascoon with Shed Skin and then into a Beautifly/ Dustox with it's Normal Ability Swarm/ Shield Dust.
