Which to use Noivern or Exploud to breed A Taillow for Boomburst?

Im going to raise a Swellow and I'm thinking of giving it this just because it would surprise an opponent who doesn't know about it so which do I use or will both work?

exploud cannot breed with taillow/swellow so noivern is the only Pokemon you can use
