No, you can't breed Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch onto Gurdurr in generation 5 or 6. The only way to get a Gurdurr with those moves in X and Y is to get them on Gurdurr through the move tutor in Black 2 or White 2 and transfer it to X and Y using PokeBank.
