With the inclusion of Smeargle, a Pokémon capable of learning almost every move in the game, this group has the most versatility in terms of bred movesets, unhindered by the need of chain breeding.
I believe you can get a male smeargle with both those moves and then breed them on, since Rhyhorn and Smeargle are both in the Field egg group.
