Why wont Shedinja eat anything in Poke-Amie?

Is it a glitch or is it like this for other Pokemon, too? All my other Pokemon are fine.

Pretty sure Shedinja just can't eat in Pokemon Amie.

oohh it eats things alright, it eats souls....

well, I believe the reason it cannot eat is because it does not have a digestive tract because its the leftover shell of nincada in fact there is nothing inside of it but a black void of anger
