Can all Pokemon pass down Hidden Ability?

So if I find a Pokemon with a hidden ability, and breed it with a Pokemon without one beside ditto, would the offspring have a hidden ability

Only if it is female. Male and Genderless Pokemon (like Cryogonal) need to breed with Ditto to pass it down.
