Taking a look at Wigglytuff's stats;
- Great HP
- Mediocre offensive stats
- Horrible defenses
- Horrible Speed

So what are we going to do with this Pink Fairy/Normal Rabbit (Diggersby is a better rabbit tho :I)?

Well it has access to Wish and Protect, and unlike most Wish users it does get a nice move in Stealth Rocks.

Wigglytuff @ Leftovers
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
~ Wish
~ Protect
~ Seismic Toss
~ Stealth Rock
This is one of the Gen 5 sets - it maximises SpD and HP to give Wigglytuff some kind of bulk. It get reliable healing and can help teammates. Stealth Rock sets it apart from other Wish users, and Seismic Toss lets it deal reliable damage it would otherwise be unable to deal.

But lets remember, this is Gen 6. Omg Wigglytuff got the boost to Base 85 Special Attack :D! Maybe it can deal some damage now :D!
Wigglytuff @ Life Orb
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Dazzling Gleam
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt/Ice Beam

Wooo! Offensive Wigglytuff!
With a slight buff to SpA in Gen 6, it gives it some offensive prescence. This is further sweetened by it's new ability Competitive - it increases SpA if any other stat is decreased. You know what that means? ABUSE DEFOG >:D.
Anyway, Dazzling Gleam is STAB, Fire Blast covers Steel Types, Psychic breaks apart Poison Types and Thunderbolt/Ice Beam for final coverage.
