My cousin is running a Assault Vest Ambipom, is that bad?

I am just curious, lol. My cousin actually says it is pretty good...

Ambipom wouldn't do anything except attack, so in that sense Assault Vest would work for it. However it should hit hard and do it fast, so it should really be holding Life Orb.

Assault Vest is really only for tanks; T-Tar, Goodra, Conkeldurr etc. Ambipom isn't a tank, it's a glass canon.
