How can I get Simisear and Simipour on my Pokedex without using the evolutionary stones?

I need both of them for my Dex, but I don't want to use the evolutionary stones. Can anyone help?

uhh....you cant unless you trade them, the Simis cannot be found in the wild.

In Restaurant Le Yeah, one of the trainers have all three Simis. By battling that trainer, all three Simis will go into your Pokedex. Though, like what Terlor said, they cannot be found in the wild so to you wont get a full Pokedex entry completed.

Restaurant Le Yeah doesn't have Doubles. :P
The same trainers appear in all forms of battling in each restaurant.
