Where are ice beam, thunderbolt, and flamethrower in sapphire?

All three moves can be found in the Mauville City Game Corner for 4,000 coins.

Whilst, TM13 Ice Beam can also be found in the Abandoned Ship Storage Room, and TM24 Thunderbolt can be found when switching off the Mauville Power Generator. TM35 Flamethrower doesn't have a secondary location.

You find TM for Ice beam at the old abandoned ship in the ocean (in a storage room) but you can also get it for 4,000 Game Corner coins at the Mauville City Casino.

You also get Flamethrower for 4,000 coins at the Game Corner.

After you beat Norman, go back to Mauville and Wattson will ask you to shut off the generator in the New Mauville Power Plant. He will give you Thunderbolt as a thank-you.

Ice Beam can be fount at the Abandoned Ship after you get the 5th gym badge with having access to Surf or in Mauville Cities Game Corner.

Flamethrower can be fount in Mauville Cities Game Corner.

Thunderbolt you get after completely the New Mauville Sidequest you can do after you beat the 5th gym or you can get it from the Game Corner.

All of the 3 Elemental Game Corner TMs cost 4,000 Coins each.
