How does gale wings work?

Im thinking of raising 1 I don't know how yo get 1 but bear with me so how does gale wings work or is flame body better.

I would say that Gale Wings is superior as Talonflame gets 1+ priority. It's a great ability that makes Talonflame dangerous combined with Brave Bird or Acrobatics. You get one by registering someone with a flying friend safari and you can find tjose easy in the friend safari page in meta.
