Ok so what you have to do is breed a female pinsir with a male scyther, pinsir, yanma, yanmega, gligar, gliscor, surskit, masquerain, volbeat, or accelgor that knows quick attack. Once the pinsir comes out of the egg, it will know quick attack. Also, your tag says chain breeding and no chain breeding is necessary.
