What is the probability of encountering an Onix in Pokemon X?

I want an Onix like Brock. I think it would add some....interesting battle situations to my game.

It depends on which location you are currently in.
You can catch an Onix in:

•Glittering Cave

1F using rock smash, 75% chance of encountering
and from levels 15 - 17

3D area while walking, 50% chance of encountering
and from levels 16 - 17

• Cyllage City

Rock Smash, 75% chance of encountering and from levels 13 - 15
