What fraction of the damage done to the opponet is given to yourself when you use each move that gives recoil?
most are 1/3 of the damage done to the opponent, except these:
Head Smash - user receives 1/2 recoil Jump Kick/Hi Jump Kick - user receives 1/8 recoil if it misses. Struggle - the last ditch move when all your PP has tun out, you get 1/4 recoil
i dont know the true answer, but i think it is 1/3 of its move power. for example flare blizt (power:120), so it recoil damage is 40...but i dont really-really sure!
I say it depends on how much damage you do to the foe.
