Could I send a Regice from the GTS in Pokemon X to Black 2 to get a Regigigas?

If I get a Regice from the GTS in Pokemon X can I send it to Black 2 through PokeBank so I can get A Regigigas?

No.

Pokemon can only be transfered from a gen 5 game to a gen 6 game using Pokebank, not the other way around.
