I very recently caught my first Shiny ever, Kirlia to be exact, I was curious sense "no one" seems to have a simple answer and I have seen the breeding guides but my question is this. If I was to breed my Shiny Kirlia, would the newborn Ralts possibly be Shiny as well?

No.

Even if one of the parents is shiny, the chance that the offspring will be shiny is not increased. A way to increase the chance of an egg being shiny is using the Masuda method, breeding two Pokemon from different countries.

2 is spelled t-w-o.  Not trying to be a jerk, just trying to avoid confusion.
Anyway, great answer! +1
Oh yeah, thanks, I was in a rush when I wrote that, but I'm usually fine at spelling.
