How do I import/export teams on Pokemon Showdown?

You need to copy it by this format and the paste it into the "import/export" section when making a team:

Pokemon @ item
Ability: ability
EVs: number stat / number stat / number stat
nature Nature
- move
- move
- move
- move

Navigate to Teambuilder > The team you want to export > The "Import/Export" button at the top.

After that, you should see a bunch of text, so just copy all of that text and paste it wherever you want to export it. :]

If you want to import it, go about making a team with the "New team" button, and when you're at the "Import/Export" area, paste the text.
