I know Wallace is the champion in the Hoenn Region with the fact of also being a Top Coordinator. I know that Steven is also the champion of the Hoenn Region. Is how can their be two champions in one region? Can someone please explain this to me? Please help me! Thank you! :)
Wallace is the Champion of the Hoenn League in Pokemon Emerald, whilst Steven hold the position in Pokemon Ruby/Saphire. In these games Wallace is the eight gym leader instead, having been replaced by Juan in Emerald.
