I need a Pokemon that can have this set:

1. Ability Sturdy
2. Great Attack Stat if possible
3. Knows Sucker Punch and Swords Dance

There are no Pokemon that learn Sucker Punch as well as Swords Dance and have Sturdy.
Following are the Pokemon that learn Sucker Punch and Swords Dance at all:
>Raticate
Mawile
Cancea
Cacturne
Absol
Toxicroak
Zorua
Zoroark
Pawniard
Bisharp

As you can see, none of them has Sturdy, although the majority has a good attack stat.

Although there might be pokemon that learn Swords Dance and Extremespeed/some other priority.
Focus Sashes can replace Sturdy as well if you want.
