I thought a Sligoo would be a good eviolite user, can anyone give a good moveset which requires an eviolite?

Defense

Sliggoo's Defense with 252 EVs 31 IVs and Eviolite - 307
Goodra's Defense with 252 EVs 31 IVs - 239

Special Defense

Sliggoo's Special Defense with 252 EVs 31 IVs and Eviolite - 478
Goodra's Special Defense with 252 EVs 31 IVs - 399

This might actually work! I can see some problems though, like Sliggoo's movepool is more limited than Goodra's, it's HP is lower, and the eviolite makes it so that you can't have Leftovers.
You can give it a try in a few battles, here's a moveset you could use:

Sliggoo @ Eviolite
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Toxic
- Substitute
- Protect

Nice I'll try it. Thanks :-)
Oooh, er... I was really slow on this one.
You didn't include natures in the first bit.

Sliggoo @ Evilote
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature: Calm
- Toxic
- Rain Dance
- Rest
- Dragon Pulse/ Infestation

I saw this set used before, and it works well on a rain team (since Drizzle is near worthless now, NU rain is viable again). Makes a good special sponge, because Blissey is overrated. You can choose Dragon Pulse > Infestation if you want to do some damage, or Infestation to trap stall your opponent.

Sliggoo can sponge some SE hits
>252 SpA Mr. Mime Dazzling Gleam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Sliggoo: 98-116 (28.8 - 34.1%) -- 1.9% chance to 3HKO

>252 SpA Life Orb Altaria Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Sliggoo: 164-195 (48.2 - 57.3%) -- 90.2% chance to 2HKO

>252+ SpA Dragalge Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Sliggoo: 168-200 (49.4 - 58.8%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO

Why is Drizzle worthless now?
no one uses weather teams this gen
Because it only lasts 5 turns, just like Rain Dance. The only bonus is not needing to use a move to set it up.
