Why is Clair not giving me her TM after I went to Dragon's Den?

I beat Clair and went into the Dragon's Den and did all that there is to do in the shrine. When I finished doing all of that, I used an escape rope in order to get out of there faster. When I came back down to get the TM, I found that Clair was not waiting for me to give me her TM. Was this a glitch, or was this a mistake that had just cost me a TM?

Don't worry, there's a really simple fix for this

Simply go back to Clair's Gym. She will be waiting for you there, and she will give you the TM once you talk to her there. I've made the same mistake before, so don't worry.
