EQ or Rock Slide for my Salamence?

Question

My current set is EQ, D-Dance, Steel wing, D-Claw.
Feel free to change my whole set as well! But this is Y so don't suggest tutor moves.

Just use your current set, EQ is more reliable than Rock Slide. You don't need Rock Slide because you already have Steel Wing for Ice-types.

You can keep EQ, D-Dance, D-Claw but keep Fire Blast or Hydro Pump with a Naive nature / Fire Fang or Brick Break with a Jolly Nature
