How can I get a Monsoon pattern Vivillon?

I've been collecting Vivillons - they're pretty nice Pokemon, but when I saw the Monsoon pattern I had to have it but idk how to get it, can I have some help please?

Search on the GTS for Vivillon. If you can't find your Monsoon Vivillon there, then try and arrange trades with people from either Japan, India or Hong Kong. I live in Japan, but unfortunately I got meadow Vivillon instead of monsoon. That's all you can do really. Sorry I couldn't be of much help. Good luck.

You would have to trade for it from someone from Japan, India, or a part of China.

You can ask somebody for one if they happen to have a spare. If they don't, search the gts like crimson said. Or you can just trade with somebody that lives in Japan, part of China, and India.
