Should I run HP Fighting or HP Fire on Latios? (It's LO btw.)

HP Fire allows you to KO the likes of Ferrothorn and Scizor on the switch, which easily proves to be the better coverage for Latios. HP Fighting mainly covers Ferrothorn for less damage, Heatran for minuscule damage, and Tyranitar. Surf would be superior to cover the last two anyways.

I don't think surf would 2HKO a bulky TTar 252 SpA Life Orb Latios Surf vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 172-203 (42.6 - 50.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery.
And pursuit trapping bisharp is sometimes unexpected so when a latios switches out the bisharp user will predict the switch and go for pursuit instead of sucker punch.

Pursuit really isn't that common on Bisharp.
