Is there any item that increases the flinch rate of Air Slash?

Question

I'm using a Serene Grace Togekiss with Air Slash on Showdown in my OU Monotype Flying Team.
This guy is a monster! Swept full teams with flinch and some luck.

Air Slash -> 30% flinch.
Serene Grace = Chances to flinch doble
Air Slash + Serene Grace = 60% flinch.

60% isn't too much for me, so what I'm asking is if there is any item I can give to Togekiss that will increase Air Slash's flinch rate.

No item can increase Air Slash's flinch rate.

King's Rock:
>Holder's attacks without a chance to flinch gain a 10% chance to flinch.

Razor Fang:

Holder's attacks without a chance to flinch gain a 10% chance to flinch.

Since Air Slash aready has a chance to flinch, it wont be affected by these items.
No other item that increases flinch/secondary effect ratio exists, unfortunatly.
